State Of The Art Physical Therapy Rehabilitation is a rehabilitation center that provides Physical Therapy to individuals of all ages. We seek to return each patient to a heightened level of physical well being without pain.
Our patients receive evidence based individualized therapy in a compassionate and caring manner. Bigger and better than ever, State Of The Art PT Rehab is now a clinical educational center for Physical Therapy College.
Our staff is highly motivated and energetic with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

In addition to APTA and Private Practice section member, Dr. Emeagwali is the founder and director of Giving Back To Community Corp a 501(C)(3) nonprofit public charity organization located in long island New York (www.givingbacktocommunity.org)
Professional Education and Certifications
Dr. Emilian Emeagwali received her Doctorate degree in PT from Stony Brook University, NY in 2006. Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brooklyn College, NY 2001. A.A.S with honors in Physical Therapy from LaGuardia Community College, NY in 1997, Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Institute of Management and Technology Enugu Nigeria in 1989.
Professional Experience
Dr. Emilian Emeagwali is an experienced, manually trained clinician. Practicing physical therapy for over 21 years in various physical therapy settings, she has earned the highest respect from her colleagues and patients. She uses specialized technique such as Mulligan’s Spinal and Peripheral Joint Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, PNF and many more to rehabilitates her patients.
In quest to respond to her community need for state of the art outpatient physical therapy, Dr. Emeagwali founded and opened State Of The Art Physical Therapy Rehabilitation in 2007. She also serves as a clinical instructor for students pursuing Physical Therapy Degree.
